What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, we'll conduct a brief consultation to understand your beauty needs and preferences, followed by your chosen service, ensuring a personalized and satisfying experience.

How do I prepare for a lash lift?
For the best lash lift results, come to your appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Avoid curling your lashes or using waterproof mascara 24 hours before your appointment.

Can I customize my skin care treatment?
Absolutely! Our skin care treatments are fully customizable. During your consultation, we'll assess your skin type and concerns to tailor the treatment to your specific needs.

Who is not a candidate for the Serenity Head Spa?

Unfortunately those who currently have any type of hair extension installed...wefts, k tips, tape ins, clip ins, etc are not candidates for a head spa. Also those who have recently received a Brazilian blow out, any type of chemical relaxer, perm or keratin straightening treatment are not candidates until 4 weeks after their last chemical treatment. Color treated hair clients are able to receive head spa 14 days after their last color treatment.

First Trimester Pregnancy clients are not eligible for head spa.
